As I watched Jane and the Dragon episode Dragonphobia I observed how Dragon’s feelings were shown. Jane had lost her memory of her friendship with him. Dragon overhears Jane saying, “I loathe dragons; I loathe the horrible things.” Dragon walks away dejected. I want to capture those feelings for my characters; I want to show those feelings in my prose. Showing feelings with words is hard.
